Positive: We stayed at La Mancha Hall for two nights with a group of 12 (six adults and six kids) and had a wonderful time. Before arriving, I had quite a few questions about the property. Every query was answered promptly through the Booking.com app, which made our planning so much easier. La Mancha Hall is a stunning property with beautifully decorated, spacious rooms. I loved the sitting room in particular—it became the perfect spot for the whole family to unwind and make use of the wide-screen TV. Since I booked this trip for my wife’s 40th birthday, we stayed in the Super King bedroom, and she absolutely loved it! The courtyard was a highlight for us. We made full use of the hot tub, which was lovely and warm for both adults and kids. We also used the gas BBQ hotplate on both nights; while it’s a bit different from traditional charcoal, it worked really well, and there was plenty of gas. The only improvement I’d suggest is providing a dedicated set of BBQ tools, like tongs and cleaning supplies—that would have been super helpful! In the evenings, we lit the courtyard firepit to toast marshmallows, which was a massive hit with the children. The heated swimming pool was a great size for our group, especially given the cooler weather. It came stocked with plenty of floats and pool toys. Keep in mind that the pool is shared with other accommodations on the property. We got lucky and had it to ourselves during our swims, though we did see other guests using it at different times. There’s also a frisbee golf course on-site. We gave it a shot and had fun, but we mostly enjoyed just throwing the frisbee around the extensive garden grounds. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. It's a gorgeous property with endless things to do—our only regret was not booking a longer stay. We hope to return next year!
