Private waterfront includes 60 ft. dock, sandy beach and shallow to deep swimming area. Dock accommodates one boat. Enjoy beautiful lake and sunset views from large living room windows, outdoor deck, patio and many viewing areas around the property. Upstairs master bedroom has queen bed with connecting bath and a/c unit. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, connecting bath, a/c unit and pullout sofa. Loft area has double sized futon bed, good for one adult or two small children. Additional pullout sofa in living room. Fully equipped, eat in kitchen with seating for 6 and 2 more at the counter. Ceiling fans and hardwood floors throughout. Large selection of books, toys. Two stand up paddle boards and rowboat available for use. Monthly/full summer rentals preferred. No smoking, no pets please.
