Positive: The location was fantastic. The downstairs was lovely

Negative: The description of the bedroom lay out was not as described. It states 5 bedrooms so as 3 families we thought that was great but in arrive you actually had to go into on bedroom and climb a steep ladder inside that room to get to a bedroom on like a mezzanine floor which made it very difficult if someone was already asleep in that room. Also it states that 3 bedrooms had single beds and 2 bedrooms had extra large double beds when in fact there were 3 double bedrooms and the 2 singles which again made it very difficult for 3 families especially when the children were to young to sleep on the mezzanine floor as there was no gate or door at the top of the stairs to stop them falling down. Also if you were sleeping on the mezzanine and the attached bedroom there were no bathroom facilities as the bathrooms were en-suite in the other rooms upstairs which meant that not only did you have to climb down the ladder in to the bedroom below but then you had to go downstairs to you the bathroom. Plus communication between letting agent was very lacks.

Summary: Beautiful location. Lovely area plenty of places to walk and visit the house was very nice apart from the bedroom situ
