Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent, just a 3 min. walk to Centre Bell where we went to see a show. Parking onsite was easy enough to navigate with the help of very friendly on-site staff, check-in was very quick, room service was speedy. The entire staff was gracious, the beds were comfortable, we were glad we chose to stay here.

Negative: Our room was very close to the elevator on our floor and we needed to use white noise on a phone to drown it out. White noise installed in the hallways at the elevators would be helpful for nearby rooms at night so patrons are not disturbed by the swoosh of the elevator and talking in that area.

Summary: Very Comfortable room, Lovely staff, Will request a room far from elevators next time.
