The Area: Ses Carpinyetes villa is located in the resort of Sa Caleta just 1 km from Ciutadella. It is a an upmarket residential area. Just 500 metres from the villa you will find both Sa Caleta and Santandria beaches, supermarkets, a small shopping centre with bar and restaurant, as well as a bus stop and taxi rank. What’s more, for those who enjoy sports there is a Paddle Club very close-by.
Layout of the house:
Ground and first floor.
On the ground floor you will find the hall, which is characterized by its arches. These are decorated with sandstone in typical Menorcan style. You will also find the children’s bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, on this floor. Each one contains 2 single beds, appropriate for either 2 adults or 2 children. Situated between the two bedrooms you will find a bathroom with a shower. Further on there is the lounge, which has a large sliding door that leads out onto the exterior terrace. From here, you can see the beautiful garden and swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen, like the lounge, also leads straight out onto the exterior terrace.
Heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the two adult bedrooms. Both have double beds and air conditioning. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and then you´ll find another bathroom on this floor with shower, too.
The most important interior characteristic of the house is the parquet flooring found in each and every bedroom and bathroom.
Wi-fi access is available throughout the house.
The large pool is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, and there´s a beautiful sun terrace with sunbeds covered by a wooden pergola. On one side of the house you´ll find a bricked barbecue.
There´s enough space at the entrance of the house to park one or two cars.
