The property is ideal for 4 adults. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for a small child to use. We do charge an extra Euros 50 per week for a fifth person to cover additional costs. Fast 100mg wifi installed and full Freeview TV Netflix and Amazon Prime and Music plus all Sky film and sport channels. Most other European channels are available including German and Spanish.are available free of charge.The maisonette is located in Coves Noves with superb views across to Na Macaret and Addaya. The shared pool is directly below the balcony and the property benefits from a large patio with 3 seater swing and is fully equipped for al fresco dining. In the lounge, there are 4 comfortable chairs two of which are fully reclining.The beautiful sandy beach of Arenal D'en Castell is 15 mins walk away. We have old beach chairs and covers which you are welcome to take to the beach but we ask that the new chairs and covers remain in the property, there are tennis courts, restaurants, a supermarket, cash points, and a bouncy castle park close by. Son Parc Golf Course is only a 10 minute drive. There are fans throughout the property. In order to offer our clients a better service, we now accept any start date to you holiday. We have also installed a new ceramic hob and oven. A note about our refund policy, in the event of a cancellation provided we re let the property for a similar rate we will refund all monies paid.
