The living room of this exclusive apartament in Malvarrosa Beach is very light because of its big windows towards the terrace, it has a couch, TV, heating in all the aparment and air-conditioning (only 2 splits that are located one in the main bedroom and the other in the living room) The air conditioning does not reach the other areas of the apartment such as the kitchen, the dining room, the corridor to the rooms or the secondary room where we leave a fan for the hottest days of the year.
It should be noted that the secondary bedroom is small and can be a single bed or 2 single beds on the ground floor, which makes the space tighter when the 2 beds are put together. It is ideal for children and not for the elderly or those with mobility problems. And the closet for the people who occupy the second bedroom is outside the bedroom in the dining room.
