The apartment is distributed on a bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds, a bathroom with a large shower and where the washing machine is located, an open kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, etc., the living-dining room with television, a double sofa bed and a dining set, which has two large windows to access the covered terrace and furnished with a dining set to enjoy your meals or moments of rest outside.
To increase comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels, an additional folding bed, safety box in the bedroom, bedding and shower towels. As optional services to be reserved in advance, there is a parking (in the neighbor residence) for 12€/day and air conditioning for 30€/week.

The residential building is located in the tourist center of Salou where you can find all kinds of comforts and leisure activities. About 400 meters away are the beaches of Capellans and Llarga which have surveillance, showers, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Less than 650 meters away is the beautiful cove, less crowded, with fine sand and crystal clear waters Cala dels Llenguadets.

The coastal city of Salou is divided into different districts:
- Two long promenades, Jaume I and Miramar: with pedestrian and bicycle lanes, lined with palm trees, fountains and many shops, they are located in the Nautical Port that offers a nice walk until the Monument to the Fisherman.
- The city center, "the town" in the Ponent part of Salou, opposite the sports marina where most of the inhabitants live throughout the year.
- The heart of the coastal city "the tourist center" with restaurants, entertainment, game rooms, music bars and discotheques, is located at the end of the Jaume I promenade.
- The quiet and most preserved neighborhood, "Cap Salou" on the Salou cornice in a natural environment formed by pine trees and coves, which connects the center of Salou with the Playa Llarga.
