Our three-bedroom home (built in 2011) that sleeps 5-7 guests with a two-car garage and private outdoor patio is located 8 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club in beautiful North Augusta, South Carolina! Our 2445 square foot home is located less than 10 minutes from the interstate, and you will find your travel to the Augusta National Golf Club to be a quick commute via I-20.
Our property is available for rent for the Master's Tournament, Augusta National Women's Amateur, and Drive, Chip, & Putt National Finals. This cozy and clean home, located in the scenic Lakes & Streams subdivision, will satisfy all who stay for the best week of the year in Augusta, Georgia.
The master bedroom is suited with a king-size bed and television. The master bathroom is home to a garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sink. Upstairs, you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The first suited with a twin-size bed, adjacent to a full-size bathroom with bath and shower combination. The other guest room has a Queen size bed. There is also a new deluxe inflatable queen size air-mattress available for use if needed. Our home has a beautiful dining room with a custom-made farmhouse table for entertaining.
The open floor plan of our home is what makes this place special. The hardwood floors and cozy furniture will make our home difficult to leave. Our beautiful family room with 55inch flat screen television and fireplace is perfect for watching College Football, Final Four, Opening Day of MLB, and most importantly the Masters Golf Tournament if you do not have badges for all days.
Our newly renovated kitchen, with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and coffee bar is great for cooking and gatherings with family and friends. With the open floor plan, you can quickly leave the kitchen and family room and exit to the spacious privacy-fenced backyard. The covered outdoor patio has an outdoor fan, stainless steel gas grill, fire pit, and patio furniture for your enjoyment.
