Summary: Rooms are super small. Mold in bathrooms. No bell boy to help with bags. One has to pay parking daily at the parking desk. The cook decides that a lunch order for a large group was a higher priority than a breakfast item we ordered; he only opened a stove burner for our eggs after we complained?! So we are supposed to wait for their lunch to be over?
