The Space:
Welcome to Birmingham! Guests will enter our home through the front door after navigating a small flight of stairs to our covered front porch. A small table and chairs allow guests to drink their morning coffee or have a quiet moment sitting outside. Inside, guests will enter the living room. With lots of seating options and a large flat-screen TV with Roku, it is the perfect place to chill out and watch your favorite shows any time of the day!
Our sizeable full kitchen offers open concept dining. With a large dining table with room for six, guests will have access to everything they need to settle in and feel "at home."
The master suite will have a king-size bed and an additional TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom #3 has a queen. With two full bathrooms and onsite laundry, the inside of our home offers everything you need to make yourself comfortable.
For those who like spending time outside, our large upper-level deck is one of our favorite aspects of our home! Guests will have to navigate a large set of stairs but once up top, you will feel amongst the trees! There even is a tree that the deck is built around! It's the perfect place to enjoy the southern weather (ceiling fans for when it's hot) and make memories with family and friends.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
