Summary: First, deadbolt on door appeared to have been kicked in. It locked, but seemed less than secure if someone wanted to get in. Second it smelled musty/mildewy. These 2 things almost made us go get changed to another room, but the motel had already called us twice because they needed to change our room because they needed the double queen for other guests because their heat didn't work. Third, and worst of all, the next morning we found out the hot water tap in the shower didn't work. That is unforgivable. We told the front desk, but the response was indifference.
