Cozy 3 bed home with a large wrap around deck. Comfortable seating throughout the deck surrounded by ferns. Kitchen with stove and stool seating dining area. The master bedroom has a Full XL bed. The 2nd bedroom is a pass through between the living room and kitchen and includes a double mattress and a single pull out. The 3rd bedroom is a single, but has a pull out trundle bed for an additional person. The living room couch is also very comfortable and able to sleep one. Please be aware this is a smaller cottage as it is only 750 sq ft. Full Bathroom with shower. AC Units in most rooms. 2 compact parking spaces, with guest parking only 3 houses down. WiFi and Smart TV available. The pictures of the lake are 2 blocks from the house. We are dog friendly and have golden retrievers of our own!

Summary: Family of 4 (parents in 50's, college age kid and highschooler, plus a 9 months old Golden Retriever) This cabin has to be one of the best appointed short term rental we've done. Everything needed for a week at the lake, and then some! Kitchen with all the appliances and cooking stuff one need. Really nice shower. The living room had a smart TV with apps we could use our login to watch the Olympics. In the master bedroom, we found floating vest for the pup, and even a full size crate tucked away under the bed (it came in clutch - we took the dog everywhere as Okoboji is super dog friendly, but we couldn't take her with us on the Queens II cruise). The outdoor space is magic! Really cozy and comfortable, with Bistro lights et al. Neighborhood is calm and quiet, and we took many walks through it. There's lake swimming access within 5 min. Overall, we had an amazing week and really recommend this rental. Hosts were on top of communications too.
