Summary: The staff were very helpful. The bar service was the best I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nicely designed, but it lacked airflow, which left the bathroom with a stale and musty smell. The smell and lack of air flow brought out several gnats in the bathroom. The television consistently went out and was not suitable for the hotel. While the exterior patio was noise-insulated, the room door was not, and we could hear door slams and people talking throughout the halls all day and night. Overall, the staff were helpful and the downstairs bar was exceptional but the room felt inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. It is in a great area, but it left a lot to be desired and did not feel worth the cost.
