Summary: The staff were very nice. Check-in is done through a small opening like a train ticket booth, probably for safety. The room was very clean and had good amenities--table, fridge, microwave. The neighborhood is a bit rough and the other guests were sometimes loud. There was a weed smell around some rooms and urine smell in the outdoor stairwell. I wasn't there long, but my experience was comfortable and the deadbolt and extra door-opening blocker made me feel safe. I didn't have any problems in the parking area.
