Positive: The staff were very helpful.

Negative: The door broke on our first room so it had to be removed for us to get to our belongings. The coffee shop couldn’t make most drinks due to equipment problems. The rooms are small. The smoke detector is three feet from your face in the lofted twin bed. The charger didn’t work. The band and large group of college students in the lobby were loud. The rooms are so small you cannot pass one another unless somebody gets on the full size bed. Felt like we paid top dollar for bargain quality rooms.

Summary: Small cramped rooms, loud band, very nice staff
