Summary: To start the hotel is really cute and in a super convenient location. Valet was super nice, easy, and convenient for $30/night. Initially, I couldn't tell where the check in desk was because it is attached to a bar (there is a small lit up sign hanging to the right of the desk that I noticed later). The man at the front desk was very rude making faces and shaking his head when he walked away from customers (at one point we made eye contact, after he thought no one was looking). He even very loudly made an announcement to his coworker "It's almost 2 and I'm going home. I don't work tonight and I'm going home". Not professional. The second man running the desk in the evening time was fantastic. Great personality, smiled a lot, seemed he was really present in the moment and not itching to leave. The rooms are small, no closets or dressers. I don't recommend staying here if you are not used to city noise. There were foam ear plugs and a sound machine on the night stand. My husband said he counted 8 trains that night..not including emergency vehicles and pedestrian noise. We were up all night after our concert ended at 1130pm. The decor is cute and the price was right, but we wouldn't stay here again.
