Summary: Rooms were great - clean and comfortable; great vibe Only issues were with the valet parking - that needs to be explained better on the website or via email. We were trying to make it to a wedding 3 blocks down the street at 4pm - arrived at the hotel at 3:30 with plenty of time to spare. The valet parking took 25 minutes to sort out (front desk said that we just needed to give the valet our key and text them a code - the actual process was much more complicated - had to verbally give the valet all my info, click a link, sign in, etc) and made us 5 minutes late walking into the wedding venue. The whole process needs to either be simplified or there needs to be a prompt to sign up for valet parking when you book the room to save time Otherwise, it was a great hotel with a chill vibe - we would definitely return if/when we are in Memphis again
