Fantastic Villa Miki is a wonderful property located in a strategic position, at only minutes away from the closest fishing village and at only 10 minutes from its closest beach.
The town Sant Lluís is about at about 7 minute drive and there is a regular bus service to Mahon.
Other southern beaches can be reached within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and northern beaches are only 20 minutes away. The journey from the airport to the property takes 15 minutes.
Villa Miki is spread over one level and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accomodate up to 7 people comfortably.
The outdoor private pool is 8m x 4m with roman steps and it is immersed into a wonderful garden with grass lawn. The outdoor includes also various sitting areas as well as a stone table and benches for al fresco dining where you can admire a glimps of sea on the horizon.
The interior is simple but accurate in every detail, giving a warm feeling of a home-like experience.
The open plan living room offers a large and very comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs and a kitchen corner, despite being a little kitchen it has all the facilities guests may need in order to prepare fantastic home made meals to be consumed inside or outside its fantastic terrace/pool area.
All the bedrooms are well appointed, bright and fresh, while 2 bathrooms have been renovated not too long ago and are all quite modern.

Containers are located around holiday resorts and for country properties containers can be found at the nearest town. Both the gardener and pool maintenance will visit the accommodation twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the property.
Guests are responsible for the safety of those using the swimming pool. Small children and non- swimmers must be supervised around the swimming pool area at all times.
A security deposit of Euros 500 to cover any breakage, loss or damage to the accommodation and installations is required before arrival via bank transfer.
