Close the beach of Talamanca, the disco of Pacha and the Club Chinois, Villa Paula is the perfect place where to relax and enjoy the Island entertainments and admire the sea.
The property is developed on two floors in 300 square meters, with a spacious living room, full of natural light coming from the wide glass windows, comfy sofas, TV, the open space hosts also the dining area with table and chairs and the fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Paula can accomodate 10 person in 5 bright bedrooms with modern fornitures all with en-suite bathroom with wc and shower. Four rooms have a king size bed, one room a queen size bed, two have also a private balcony.
On the first floor there is a relax area with sofa and the Tv.
Going outside you find the private swimmingpool surrounded by a wood deck and sunbeds, where to relax after a beach day, there is also a garden, a covered terrace, the barbecue and an exterior dutch. The Guests can enjoy a shared terrace and three private car spaces inside the property.
This property offers air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, the dryer, to ensure you, all the comforts, for a unique holiday on the Island, with the family, friends and your pets (admited on request).
Rental rules
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
