On the ground floor you will find, the living room with dining area, a well equipped kitchen complete of more than the necessary in order to make homemade meals like home even on vacation.

We ask that all rubbish be placed in plastic bin liners and deposited in the public containers. Containers are located around holiday resorts and for country properties containers can be found at the nearest town. Both the gardener and pool maintenance will visit the accommodation twice weekly. Guests must allow access to the property.
Guests are responsible for the safety of those using the swimming pool. Small children and non- swimmers must be supervised around the swimming pool area at all times.
A security deposit of Euros 500 to cover any breakage, loss or damage to the accommodation and installations is required before arrival via bank transfer.
