Summary: Great property for families! Basketball hoop, separate tvs in rooms, fire ring, and community pool and playground, with local hiking (Hickory Run State park), fishing, and boating (Beltzville State Park) kept us all busy and content. Also counted 40 deer while we were here - definitely the place for night time deer spotting.
