"Coo" is the Scottish name for Cow. Our theme is the Highland cow and think you will enjoy it.Although it’s an apartment it has the feel of a home. The area is quiet and the landscape/view is fantastic. Gorgeous sunsets! Great place to unwind. Perfect for Short Term Stays!
Our place is close to Intersection of I-40 & I-49
Minutes away from Fort Smith and within an hour of Fayetteville. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the view, quiet neighborhood. Very cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Other things to note
We are adjacent to 2 golf courses with one being Eagle Crest which is on the Natural State Golf Trails. Alma is home to A to Z which has several stores in one area from Gifts and more, furniture, sporting goods, fashions and tools. The Arkansas Missouri Excursion Train is just 10 minutes away. Our area has many hiking trails along with waterfallsand you can canoe the Mulberry River. You can stroll down Historic Van Buren and Fort Smith and visit the Hanging Judge Parkers Courthouse. You can also Step Back into the 1920's & Tour the Ozarks on the Scenic Excursion Train in Van Buren. We are also close to wine country. There are 4 winery's within minutes.Our area has something for everyone.
We also have a Dollar Store 1 mile away for your convenience as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Harps in Alma.
Your welcome to walk around the property to enjoy the outdoors. We have 2 ponds for fishing if you like.
