The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place just min from Broadway, Germantown and East Nashville. Enjoy yummy local pizza, cinnamon rolls, cafes, and retail stores walking distance from the home. Outdoor patios and extra comfy beds for larger groups. Free parking. Quick drive to Orpy Mills. Just a couple min to all the dining available in Germantown and East Nashivlle! Fully stocked kitchen with Coffee and all the necessities for your groups needs!
The Space:
You will walk into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area with a large bar to put your dishes out on or play games. The open concept connects with the living room for easy entertainment and group gatherings. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom and spare guest room. Third floor has two additional rooms. One of the rooms on the third floor has two beds and small balcony attached.
No pets allowed.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy a free parking lot in the back of the unit. Parking is close to the entrance for easy load-in and load-out.
The Neighborhood:
This is a developing neighborhood and always adding more amenities. Currently you will find Slim and Husky's pizza, cafes, high end shopping, cinnamon roll shop, and others all within walking distance.
Getting Around:
Ride share apps like Lyft and Uber are generally available within 10 min of ordering a ride.

- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.
