Municipal water system. 2 kayaks for your pleasure, 50 ‘ sandy shoreline for your swimming pleasure right at your front door. 64’ dock for your boat. Boaters beach and Lake Ontario right across the pond. The famous wigwam ( dock to use for your boat) restaurant and Eddies cove( which you have to drive to) for your eating pleasures. The best sunsets in the world right here at Sandy Pond. Salmon fishing in the Spring and Fall, and ice fishing in the winter. New hybrid barbecue grill lp/charcoal.
