You may have use of the whole place! There's a yard and lots of parking. This is not an event center, so please let us know if you would like to rent it that way. There are additional fees for this due to the extra cleaning and consumables used.

The neighbors are friendly but there will be a fair amount of foot traffic. When school is in there is a bus stop at the corner, so St Clair, our dinosaur has company then too. Occasionally dinosaur visitors will wander over but shouldn't be a problem.
