The nearest supermarket being less than 1 minute away. From the house, it is only 6 minutes walking distance down to Burriana Beach, however, this is a fairly steep hill so may take you longer to walk back! It is also a leisurely 15 minutes' walk through the town to the famous Balcon de Europa.
This good size town house, built over two levels, is located in a secure quiet part of town and is directly on the main pool. Approached via the communal private gate, the entrance to the property is on a quaint small corridor. On entering the property you find yourself in the open plan lounge/dining room, from there you can enter the spacious kitchen or the downstairs shower/bathroom.
A traditional staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, large bathroom and small balcony with views over the main pool. The property is well equipped for children and babies, with high chair, stairgate and games free for use during your stay.
The second small communal pool is a 1-minute walk away, across Calle Andalucia.
