Please make yourself at home in this gorgeous apartment; our place is yours and only yours during your stay. We do ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
Oakbrook Use of Common Amenities:
Maximum of 4 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, Game Room and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to access to the common amenities. The Host needs to review and schedule your request with the Building Office.
Unauthorized access or No prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/person per day.
Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
Please observe all the other house rules set by the Building Management when using the common amenities. Any violation, excessive noise and non-observance of the Covid 19 Guidelines will result to a fine of $200. If a guest proves to be a threat to the safety and security of the Residents and other Guests, the Host & Building Management can resort to immediate eviction.
