Spacious one level home in safe, quiet neighborhood. Large eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar, sunroom, three ceiling fans, and deck. Open floor plan throughout. Master bed/bath opposite side of living space with full size walk-in "adult shower".

This is our second home and rented only periodically - not a full-time rental. It is very clean and well-maintained. Colorful unique décor and solid wood furniture (Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, Crate & Barrel).
Multiple areas for gathering under one roof yet enough space to sprawl out and have a little quiet time of your own! The large kitchen, bonus sun-room, and 2-1/2 car "Boat-House Garage" w/PING-PONG table allows everyone to have their own space - when and if they need it. Enjoy!
