Summary: Cristal was flexible with the difficulties we all had with vrbo. She greeted us and explained everything. Her pets were freindly. The house was a bit dirty and dusty. Bed was a bit to soft for our prefrence ( no bed frame) .Our first time in a shared space and it was less awkward then expected. The hot tub was nice after a long day.
