Summary: Walking from the busy street into reception, immediately felt calming. The hotel reception had a lovely smell and the staff were very welcoming. We found Nina particularly helpful. The room felt light and airy. We liked the controllers for adjusting lighting, heating and the AC. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept and the room was extremely quiet. L The bathroom was modern and we enjoyed the Espa toiletries. The cleaning team were busy getting rooms ready as we checked out. They deserve a special mention as they were lovely and work so hard to achieve good standards. I also liked being able to book and pay for this hotel with Clubcard Points.
