Finca Parra is a stunning country house with spacious, bright rooms and high-quality, tasteful furnishings that give the house the feel of a summer residence. The entrance leads directly into the comfortable and spacious living/dining area. Several large glass doors allow sunlight to flood in and connect the room to the expansive outdoor terrace. The fully equipped country-style kitchen can be accessed from both the living and dining areas and opens onto a covered terrace leading to the outdoor kitchen. Also on the ground floor are three spacious and bright double bedrooms. One has two single beds, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other also with two single beds, share a shower room with a walk-in shower. This shower room is wheelchair accessible. A guest toilet completes the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms. Both are furnished with single beds and have en-suite shower rooms and small covered terraces, perfect for relaxing in the evenings and gazing at the stars. Upon waking in the morning, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the landscape with its almond trees, the beautiful church of Santanyi, and the island of Cabrera.

The property is enclosed by dry stone walls, typical of Mallorca, providing ample space for children to play and run around. A child-safe fence around the pool is available upon request. An outdoor playground is also provided.
