Welcome to "The Cottage" at Simple Pleasures Farm! It is directly in the South Fork Amish Community. Located on our 12-acre property, "The Cottage" is a short walking distance from the main house (where we live). Our farm and cottage are simple and pleasant, just as our name suggests. We want to welcome you as our guest so we can share our community with you! Within a 10-mile radius from "The Cottage," you can shop for Amish furniture, baked goods, local produce, flowers, gifts, home decor, sorghum, bulk foods and more. Also, it is only 20 minutes to Liberty, KY and 30 minutes to Lake Cumberland in Somerset, KY.
Along with a view of Green River Valley, it has a large, fully equipped kitchen perfect for families, a spacious living room with a workspace, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a laundry room. There's enough room to set up more beds in the shared living room space if needed. Get ready to relax and unplug from the concerns of life. During the day, you can go shopping or sit in the shade and relax on the bench that overlooks the beautiful valley, and in the evening, you can enjoy a fire and s'mores outside at the fire pit.
