Welcome to this lovely house for 8+1 guests close to the sea in Oliva.
The outdoor areas are very pretty: a spacious garden, a large terrace, two porches (one of them is equipped) and a BBQ for cooking lovers.A 160m²-sized house is divided into 2 floors. A cozy living-dining-kitchen room is a perfect space to rest after a beach day or just watch TV. An American kitchen with a vitro-ceramic plate is equipped with all necessary kitchenware to cook delicious meals and has a dining corner. You will find also a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board. On the 1st floor you will find a hall which gives access to the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms (two double bedroom and 2 twins). Two bedrooms have wardrobes to keep clothes. There is a toilet on the ground floor and bathroom with shower on the first floor. A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. The fourth door which leads to a terrace will be closed and can not be used.Oliva Nova area is a lovely residential area with the best beaches. Here you will find all necessary amenities needed during vacation: bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Close to it there is also a golf camp "Oliva Nova Golf" and a hipic club.Note: We cannot accept guests under 28 years unless you are a family. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
