Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was great. It was about a 5 minute drive from the beach and about a 10 minute drive from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the bedsheets were clean. The host was very nice and accommodating. The overall decor of the interior of the house was modern and rustic and cosy.

Negative: The house could do with some improvements. We stayed in the bedroom directly off the lounge. The were no screens on the windows so we could not open the windows in our bedroom. The main bathroom had a really bad smell emanating from the drain/toilet - we could not work out where the smell was coming from. Again there was no screen on the window so we could not open the window. The garden at the front of the house could do with clearing up the weeds and some general garden maintenance. The outdoors chairs with cushions were so mouldy so we had to put towels on them before using.

Summary: Good location but house could do with some TLC.
