Completely rebuilt and brand new this is a refined, sleek yet cozy home designed for entertaining in luxury. Please note: We typically require a four day notice, however sometimes we are able to accommodate last minute requests, so even if our calendar is blocked please feel free to reach out. Indoor and outdoor amenities abound; living room with 28 foot ceilings, large dining room, chef`s kitchen with Wolf and Subzero appliances and rich marble countertops The family room has its own pavilion, and the waterfront pool with baja shelf and adjacent summer kitchen set within a huge ipe wood deck with a dock steps away.
No parties and outdoor noise must be kept quiet 10pm - 9am. Family neighborhood. Any complaints, your reservation can and will be cancelled without refund.

No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.
