Welcome to your very private, spacious and relaxing getaway in Spring! We have a family friendly space that will prove to be a great option for a staycation or retreat while visiting family and friends.

The pool and spa are fully automated, and has a waterfall feature with lighting. You’ll easily be able to relax and create many lasting memories.
The main living area contains a fireplace and cozy couches perfect for taking a load off as you unwind after a day of fun activities. But we think it’s the second living room that you’ll be spending more time in! Functioning as an entertainment room, it features comfy seating for you to relax and enjoy. Your whole group is sure to have a great time hanging out here!
The kitchen is spacious and has beautiful granite counters with tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. It’s fully equipped so you’ll have everything you need in this kitchen, whether you’re whipping up a fresh meal or enjoying some local takeout. There’s also a dining area right beside the kitchen for you to entertain as you enjoy your meals.
You’ll have access to 5 bedrooms and 3 full/2 half bathrooms so everyone will have enough room to comfortably rest. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. It all comes together to create an inviting and tranquil atmosphere to ensure you get a great night’s rest. In addition, we can accommodate 3 guests via 1 rollaway beds and a bonus room with a queen bed. You’ll also have your very own fully equipped laundry room.
The outdoor space of this home is just as fabulous as the inside. A large manicured front lawn greets you at the front of the home. The tranquil backyard is fully fenced in for privacy. You’ll love relaxing poolside!

Guest access
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
Things to note:
★ NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
Guests must comply with the city’s noise ordinance. It is unlawful to make continued loud, unnecessary or unusual noise that disturbs the peace and quiet of the neighbors. To avoid forfeiture of booking, strictly no parties or loud events permitted.
Booking guest must be 25 or older to book and must remain on property during entire stay.
No smoking indoors (backyard designated smoking area).
Maximum guest is 13.
A valid picture Driver’s License or ID must be uploaded within 24 hours of booking. You can include a copy in our communication thread on the VRBO portal. If we don't receive a copy of your Driver’s License as requested entry into the home will be denied.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube and CNN news app.
★ PARKING ★
There is parking for 8 cars in the driveway and street parking. When parking in driveway please don’t block the sidewalks. When parking in the driveway, please don’t park on the grass. We ask that you not block neighboring homes walkways, driveways or mailboxes. There’s no parking in the garage.
★ CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS ★
Load Dishwasher and start it before departing.
Remove all trash from inside the home, at pool area and put in trash cans located on the side of the garage at check out.
Monday and Thursday is our community trash day. Please place the trash can out on the curb if your stay falls on either days. Also, the lawn guy comes by on Thursday and the pool guy on Friday. They have access via the back gate to service the lawn and pool only and will not enter the home.
All used towels should be placed on the floor in laundry room.
★ PETS ★
No animals of any type are allowed anywhere on the property. We love them but unfortunately our severe allergies that require medication can't handle them. If an animal is found to have been inside the home or on the property a $400 animal violation fee is due from the guest.
★ TOWELS ★
There are pool towels located on the wet bar. Do not use the all-white towels for pool use. Towel replacement fee is $25 if spoiled or missing.
★ AC THERMOSTAT ★
There are 3 separate thermostats in the home: 1) primary bedroom, 2) at the bottom-right of the stairwell and upstairs in the hallway. The thermostats should not be dropped lower than 70 degrees when using the AC setting. Settings below 70 degrees will cause the unit to freeze resulting in no AC for 24-48 hours while the unit thaws and a HVAC technician can get it back on line.
★ POOL/SPA ★
The Pool & Spa are only heated during the winter months up on request for an additional fee of $50 per day. All other times the temperature will be based on the natural outdoor temperture.
THERE IS NOT A LIFEGUARD ON-SITE. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
There are security cameras placed outside the house ONLY, for additional security. There are NO cameras inside the house, as our guest’s privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
