Positive: The house is very big and spacious. The beds are super comfortable. It is within walking distance of Nottingham town. Roughly 25 minutes. There is parking on the street and a parking permit is provided. Excellent value for money if a few things are changed.

Negative: The front door lock is very temperamental. We found it difficult to open & lock. The house could do with a good paint. The walls are marked and paint cracks are everywhere. There are no bowls for the children to have breakfast. There was a half eaten chocolate triffle dessert, left in the fridge. The cellar / basement door should be locked. The bathroom could do with a regrout or a deep clean. The plastic shed out the garden is full of laundry. The doors on the shed are broken & the laundry does not look nice over the garden floor. There were dirty towels left in the washing machine. I wiped the cupboards clean & rewashed plates that had food bits stuck to them. There was a large amount of dirty oil left in a pan inside of the oven & the tray racks were unclean. The kitchen cupboards have numerous miscellaneous items. Work gloves, odds and ends. Stuff that should not really be left there.
