Today Algiros is, without doubt, one of the youngest and most active areas of the city. In this neighborhood you will find the Universtät Politècnica de València and the Tarongers Campus of the University of Valencia. In addition, the area of Algiros is known by the large number of bars and pubs which liven up the nights of this neighborhood. This young district is bordered to the East by the neighborhood of la Malvarrosa and linked to it by a great avenue open to the sea.
This apartment is well connected through multiple bus stops, where you can take lines 31, 98, 99, 81, N1.
It is also very close to the València Cabanyal train stop, where you can catch some commuter trains to go outside of the city.
