Very close to the Carlos III and Juan Carlos I Universities. Our house is a beautiful two-story apartment with a large terrace, a 2-minute walk from the METRO and BUS stations, in a nice residential area with many bars, terraces, pubs, and shops. It is 20 minutes from the center of Madrid by public transport.
We live in a gated community with security, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. Breakfast and laundry are included in the price; we do not charge extra for laundry.
Our guests would share the house with Mari Paz (English and Spanish) and Manuel (English and Spanish). We have two rooms available, one overlooking a large terrace and the other slightly larger with a larger bed. They have a desk, internet access, a closet, heating, and air conditioning. The bathroom is shared with the other guest when both rooms are occupied.
The common areas, living room, kitchen, terrace, swimming pool, tennis court, are available to our guests.
Normally, we only accept requests for stays of three months or more, but we can make exceptions, especially during the summer and Christmas months. If you need a shorter stay, just ask and we'll try to help.
We offer dinner Monday through Friday for €10. We offer healthy, hearty Spanish cuisine.
We love having people from other countries and/or cultures, and those with the same or different languages, in our homes. We enjoy sharing experiences and helping our guests with anything they need: travel, sightseeing, banking, hobbies, paperwork, etc.
Very bright room overlooking a large terrace on the top floor. It has a large desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
