Best of both worlds -- a quiet wooded setting with easy access to attractions in downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Cross Village. Two bedrooms (main bedroom and loft), full finished basement can accommodate extra guests with full sleeper sofa and two bunk beds. Open concept living space on main level with queen sleeper sofa, HD TV/DVD player with Wifi and streaming TV access (Roku). Updated kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave. Two full baths with tub/shower. Outdoor features include an expansive porch for relaxing/dining, gas grill, firepit, and recreational equipment (kayaks, etc.). Only a short walk down the street for beach access and playground. Close to local ski destinations (Boyne and Nubbs Nob). We generally rent in week-long increments during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), but will consider different rental periods upon request. Perfect rental for your family vacation!

Summary: It’s a wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Large yard with fire pit, chairs, sandbox and playing area for kids. Includes a wooded walkway to the private beach on Lake Michigan.
