Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Modern apartment with (most) self catering equipment, decent size fridge and nice space in rooms. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower

Negative: There were a few problems with my accomodation, firstly there was no bedding for the sleeper couch and my booking specifically said 3 people. When I sent a question to find out where it was, I didn’t get a response, there was also only 2 towels so we had to share towels. The morning following the first night I sat on a dining chair and it completely buckled underneath me and I fell to the ground. Again I contacted the property and had no response. I also had no forks in the cutlery drawer.. which again was ignored. The messages from the company must be automated because they sent a lot of messages to me but didn’t respond to any that I sent! Which I think is very poor on a booking that has issues. I eventually found a mobile number on my booking and spoke to Samuel who was very helpful and personally went out and bought some bedding for the sleeper couch but unfortunately we didn’t have a sheet or an additional towel that I asked for. He also replaced the chair which was of much better quality than the others. Other than the phone call I still haven’t had any response from the company about my issues so I am hoping this bad review will prompt them to get in touch with me!
