Family house with private pool and air conditioning 10 minutes walking from the beach. The house GINESTA is distributed in first floor and floor. On the grounf floor we have a separate and very well equipped kitchen (recently renovated), dining room with national and international channels TV, living room with air conditioning and bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a private pool and covered picnic area with a good barbecue. In the upper part there is a bathroom with shower and wc and the 4 bedrooms: two with double bed, one with two single beds and the fourth with a bunk bed.
