Literally everyone - natives and tourists alike - know or have heard of “The Plaza.” The Country Club District of Kansas City is a must-see that offers retail, restaurants and entertainment venues spanning beautifully designed Seville Spain-inspired architecture. The neighborhoods surrounding The Plaza consist of upscale apartment buildings and homes, as well as walking trails and parks. Loose Park and the Nelson Lawn offer plenty of room to roam with nature. The Plaza is also the first outdoor shopping center in the world!

R&R’s (Room & Roam) 10 R&Rs (Rules & Regulations):
1 | ID VERIFICATION | Guests are required to verify their identity before check-in by providing a picture of themselves alongside a Government-issued ID. We don’t have a front desk like you’d find in a hotel; we offer seamless check-in on your phone instead.
2 | CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT | Check-in is at 3 PM. Checkout is at 11 AM. We do our best to accommodate an early check-in/late check-out. We ask that guests request an early check-in 24 hours before your arrival to ensure our housekeeping staff may prepare the room. The same goes for check-outs! R&R is typically able to accommodate. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
3 | SMOKING | Smoking is forbidden in the Room, on balconies and in shared or community spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
4 | PARTIES / NOISE | Parties and excessive noise are forbidden in the Room and in shared or community spaces. Party violations are subject to a $500 fine as well as immediate removal.
5 | ILLEGAL ACTIVITY | Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms is strictly prohibited.
6 | GUEST COUNT | Guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed and may result in a fine.
7 | PETS | Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy are subject to a $300 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
8 | LOST ACCESS | Guests are responsible for the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Lockouts are subject to a $100 lockout fee.
9 | VIDEO SURVEILLANCE | Room & Roam properties may use video surveillance in public/community areas. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the Room to monitor excessive noise levels.
10 | GUEST RESPONSIBILITY | Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. All damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests are encouraged to be honest and communicate any damages to the R&R team!
