This comfortable country house is surrounded by a green garden with lots of plants, and situated on a small hill, which provides precious views over the country side. The private chlorine pool measures 10m x 5m, with a depth between 0,5m and 1,8m. Around the pool, there are some sun loungers, to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The porch counts with a dining table and there is a barbecue, so you will definitely enjoy some memorable open-air dinners. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, so you will enjoy total privacy.The house is ground floor only and it is carefully decorated with antique style furniture. In the living room you can rest on the sofa or the armchairs, watching a movie on the small satellite TV or have relaxed conversations in front of the fireplace. There is a dining table for 6. The independent kitchen counts with a gas stovetop and all necessary utensils to prepare a meal during your stay. There is no washing machine, but laundry service is offered, without extra cost. There is an iron and an ironing board. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both count with a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. The electrical supply of the house is with solar energy.The house is situated in the countryside, at 1,3km from Sant Joan and 27km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. On one side the pine-forest and on the other the rural landscape with almond trees, while the nearest neighbors are more than 100m away. It is the ideal place to enjoy quiet holidays. In Sant Joan you will find all basic services, like a grocery store, restaurant or pharmacy. In Sineu, there are more shops and bigger supermarkets, as well as a big weekly market. Can Picafort and Cala Millor are touristic beaches with a huge variety in leisure activities. Between Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort, you can visit the finca Son Real, with its old Talayotic village and beautiful, signposted itineraries to the beach, where you will find a necropolis (funerary constructions from the 7th century BC. In Petra you can ascend the Bonany hill, with its incredible views over almost the whole island.
