Summary: This turned out to be a diamond of a find. We were pressed to find a place for IU's graduation weekend and came upon this condo. Our back balcony (nice) faced the 10th hole, so it was fun watching the golfers (sometimes struggling). Very relaxing out there. The only drawback was that one of the renters (or owners?) near us was a chain smoker, so our time on said balcony was limited to when he wasn't out there...which was rare. Other observations: Nice decor. Nothing broken or not working. Clean. Lots of fabric softener is used on sheets and towels. The nearby clubhouse can get loud on weekends, but it doesn't go too late. Observations, not complaints. Great place!
