The stairs to the pond, great for swimming, reveal a private sand beach. There are no kayaks at the house, but a place that rents them is nearby.
The home, on almost an acre of land, is on a dead end dirt road with only one other home on the street. Seclusion, yet so close to many activities. Plymouth center is only 20 minutes away. The Sagamore Bridge is only a 5 minute drive.
