Charming typical Mallorcan house built with natural stones and situated on a plot of 11.000m² with beautiful views to the north of the island. Located close to the old town of Alcudia, it offers several services (such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, petrol stations or pharmacies) within walking or driving distance, as well as short driving distance to beautiful beaches such as "Alcanada" o "El Mal Pas".
This house can accommodate up to 6 people, as it consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds. The interior of the villa is decorated with authentic elements, cared for with taste and affection by the owners, which creates a cosy and Mediterranean atmosphere.
The property is divided into two houses. The main building consists of two floors: on the ground floor, there is an elegant living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace and television, as well as a large dining table. The kitchen is very spacious, fully equipped and has a seating area. There is also the bedroom with the double bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and another complete bathroom. The second building, next to the swimming pool, has a living room with a rustic kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
