The lower level has a projection screen media room, comfy recliner chairs and laundry area. The grounds are what summer is all about, with an in ground Gunite pool and adjacent outdoor shower, dining area off the kitchen with Pizza Oven and Gas Grill, covered lounge area, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and S'mores Station , Vegetable / herb cutting garden, pool cabana with pool / ping pong table, smart TV, Blue tooth indoor / outdoor speakers, extra refrigerator, food and beverage area and lounge chairs.
