Located within a 300 acres working farm and tucked directly behind the towns historic civil war mill, this property is directly on a fly fishing river and has sweeping Shenandoah Mountain Views. It provides solitude while being conveniently located to restaurants and local conveniences.

The cozy cottage was once the summer kitchen of the farmhouse on the property, and has been gracefully updated to highlight its period details as well as to add modern conveniences.
